Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At RYVIVED, we respect your time and ask that you respect ours. To ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention, we’ve implemented the following policies:
Deposits: A 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service but is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Cancellations: We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance by reaching out to (209)262-6623 to avoid losing your deposit.
No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
We know life can be unpredictable, but communication is key. If something comes up, reach out as soon as possible so we can work together to make arrangements.
