Yes — all appointments (except consultations) require a 30% non-refundable retainer to secure your appointment. This goes toward your final total and protects your time and mine.

I require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. if notice isn’t given the deposit is forfeited and a new one Is required to rebook.

to maintain a peaceful, elevated experience for all guests, I kindly ask that you come solo to your appointment (unless you have prior approval or its a bridal trial). No children or extra quests for safety and space reasons.

• clean hair washed within the last 24 hours

• no heavy oils, slick buns, or week-old dry shampoo. (unless its a wash and blow out appt)

• first time curly hair cut clients day two curls is ideal

• All event styling appts please come with clean DRY hair no product.

Yes! I offer on-location bridal and event hair and make-up. travel fees are:

• $1 per mile (round-trip)

• hotels may be required if start time is early or location is far.

• Bridal bookings also require a signed contract + 25% retainer

Yes. For large services (extensions, bridal, transformation appts) I offer split payments:

• 25% retainer to book

• 50% due one week before event or service

• remaining due day-of service

root coverage: 4-6 weeks

gloss/ root smudge: 6-8 weeks

blonding: 12-24 weeks

haircut: 8-12 weeks

extensions: 6-8 weeks

clip-in extensions: installed per event (not for daily wear)

I work with high-performance luxury lines like Unite, Danger Jones, Schwarzkopf professional, Redken, Olaplex, K18, Innersence, Bombshell and Bellami extensions, and Mane Ivy

I accept cash, card, tap, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash app. Gratuity is never required but always appreciated.

Yes! Bridal, Bridesmaids, event, photo shoot, and cinamatic makeup bookings are available. I specialize in editorial style soft-glam skin focused, time-less, and camera-ready (never cakey).

Refunds aren’t offered because of the time + custom product investment. However, I do offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days if something feels off or wasn’t what we agreed on during the consultation. my clients feeling empowered, confident, and cared for is always my top priority I never want you to walk away unhappy.
